Craig Weiss - Manager Technical Support Services
Craig has extensive experience in technology management and corporate solutions consulting. He joined INFORM in 2001 after working for our parent company Information Builders, Inc in their New York Sales branch as Sales Systems Engineer. While at Information Builders he helped provide secure web enabled cross platform Data Integration, Performance Management, Business Intelligence and analytics support to their clients and prospects. Upon joining INFORM he has assisted in moving the companies RMIS reporting and query/update applications to the web and has helped institute industry standard policies and practices. These practices include infrastructure security, monitoring and reporting to guard against intrusion and breaches, disaster recovery planning, auditing by third party companies for SAS70/SSAE16 examinations and vulnerability threat testing. Currently he manages our Technical Support and Services group where makes sure our internal employees and clients are provided the highest level of access and service. Craig studied Computer Science and Broadcast Communications at Suffolk County Community College and has trade certificates from Grumman Data Systems in analog, digital and microwave electronics.

Steve Sheridan - Senior Sales Executive
Steve joined INFORM in 2004, after spending 11 years as a Sales executive and Sales Account Manager for Information Builders, the parent company of INFORM. In that capacity he was instrumental in both recommending and providing support, both technical and business related to the development of the INFORM software application. He has extensive experience in the application and software solutions as they pertain to the insurance industry. As a senior Sales Executive he has been bringing new accounts to INFORM and maintaining the INFORM relationship with the broker community and INFORM partners including the parties involved with the Claim Predator module. Steve has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Joe Laforet Sr. - Business Development Executive
Joe joined INFORM in 2016, after spending 12 years as a Senior Claims Manager and Claims Adjuster for TravelCenters of America, a large national truck stop. In that capacity he was instrumental in both recommending and providing support, both technical and business related to the development of the INFORM software application. He has extensive experience in the application and software solutions as they pertain to the insurance industry. As a Director and Secretary of Northeast Ohio Risk Insurance Management Society (NEO RIMS), Joe maintained relationships with the insurance, broker and Risk Manager community. He also was a Project Manager with Liberty Mutual and an underwriter for Leader National Insurance Company. Joe has an AIC, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
